The Mission
Ceek Pte Ltd is an elite regional engineering consultancy. We are seeking an energetic and tech-savvy Junior Accounts Assistant to support our Senior Group Finance Consultant during a major 3-month digital transformation. You will be the engine room of the project, helping us migrate legacy records into a cutting-edge, AI-enabled digital ecosystem.
The Role
This is a high-speed, hands-on role requiring a high level of digital fluency. You will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Consultant to organize, digitize, and reconcile the group's financial history.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Digitization: Assist in the systematic organization and digitization of historical physical records (accounting documentations) into a cloud-based filing system.
- Migration Support: Perform high-accuracy data entry and verification during the transfer of records from Sage 50 (Peachtree) and MYOB into QuickBooks Online.
- Reconciliation Assistance: Support the senior team in basic bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and tallying inter-company balances across Singapore and Hong Kong entities.
- Administrative Support: Manage PDF documentation, drafting simple correspondence in Word, and maintaining the project's digital file architecture.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data security protocols, ensuring all sensitive group and director-level information remains private.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts assistance in Singapore.
- Technical Skills: . Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- PC Power User: High speed and accuracy in Excel and PDF management are non-negotiable.
- Language: Fluency in English ability to read/speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus to help organize regional documentation.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow complex instructions independently.
- Qualification: Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, or equivalent.
