Job Description

Now Hiring: Accounts Bookkeeper

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Bookkeeper to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate financial records related to accounts receivable.
  • Handling all accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reconciling bank statements with accounts receivable records.
  • Following up on overdue payments.
  • Preparing accounts receivable reports.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time:
    5.5-day work week
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Part-Time:
    3 to 5-day work week
    Hours are negotiable

Please note that this is an in-office position no work-from-home option is available. The workplace is located at 49 Senang Crescent, Singapore 416616.
