Accounts Associate

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4200

• Working hours: Mon to Fri- 9 am to 5.30 pm and Sat- 9 am to 12 pm (Only one Sat duty in a month)

• Working Location: Pioneer Road (Near Tuas West Road MRT)

• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Handle AR, AP, and general ledger entries, including invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.

• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax agents on finance matters.

• Process employee reimbursements and staff claims.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience CPA qualification preferred.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision) is an advantage.
