  1. Accounting Entries/Posting & Reconciliation To General Ledger-SAP Accounting System.
  2. Preparation Of Drivers Cartage, Payment Certificate, Monthly Cartage Fees Invoice & Invoice For Vehicle-Related Expenses
  3. Subcon Agreement Preparation & Create SAP Vendor Account
  4. Preparation Of Drivers Cartage Report & being HR Dept Pay Trip Incentive
  5. Preparation Of Diesel Consumption Report & Other Motor Vehicle Related Expenses
  6. Maintenance Of Side-Printing System, Create & Update Records Of Driver/Truck/Cartage Agreement/Cartage Rate/Project Distance
  7. Laise With Operations & HR Personnel For Truck & Drivers Verification & EDO Matters
  8. Administration Of Tablets & Sim-Card Inventory For EDO Use
  9. All Motor Vehicles Fleet Administration / Insurance / Reporting & Claims
  10. Coordinate Any Other Motor Vehicle & Drivers Related Matters
  11. Hold Monthly Review Meeting
