Job Description:
1. Handle daily administrative tasks, including document and file management, meeting organization and minute-taking, office supplies procurement, and general reception duties.
2. Manage employee attendance, travel arrangements, and provide basic human resources support. Maintain effective internal and external communication.
3. Execute daily financial operations, including reviewing and processing expense reimbursements, voucher entry, invoice management, and bank reconciliation.
4. Assist in preparing basic monthly financial reports (e.g., cash flow statements, expense reports) and conduct simple financial data analysis.
5. Liaise with external agencies such as taxation and industrial and commercial bureaus for routine matters, ensuring compliance.
6. Support management with administrative and financial reporting, data compilation, and other assigned tasks.
