Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Account Support: Assist account managers in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with pest control services.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage schedules, service appointments, and documentation for client accounts (e.g., contracts, billing, service reports).
- Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns about services, pricing, or pest-related issues.
- Order Processing: Handle service renewals, upsells, and new orders, ensuring accuracy in billing and alignment with client agreements.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate between clients, technicians, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service execution.
- Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for account managers to aid in client retention and acquisition.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in account coordination, customer service, or administrative roles experience in pest control, hospitality, or facilities management is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage client accounts efficiently.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal/written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
