Job Summary
Trustwell Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated entry-level or junior candidate to support our portfolio of related companies in corporate secretarial and professional services functions. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office support tasks to maintain smooth business operations
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems to enable quick and easy document retrieval
- Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks to support accurate financial record-keeping
- Process, verify, and input vendor invoices and billing data accurately and within deadlines
- Complete accounting tasks on time to ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date
- Assist with corporate secretarial duties to support company compliance and governance requirements
- Collaborate with team members to complete ad-hoc assignments and support team goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to complete office tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly and resolve problems effectively to support team collaboration
- Apply bilingual skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with associates, supporting communication needs in both languages
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop professionally within a corporate services environment
