Accounts Assistant OR Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Accounting Executive to support the day-to-day finance

operations of UNi-corp Singapore Pte Ltd and her group of companies. You will manage full-set accounts,

prepare monthly reports and work closely with our Finance Manager and colleagues in Singapore and

China.

Key Responsibilities

• . Handle full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• . Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and month-end closing entries.
• . Prepare monthly management accounts and cash-flow reports.
• . Prepare GST submissions and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
• . Support the Finance Manager with report finalisation, audit schedules and year-end matters.
• . Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders when required.
• . Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• . Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

What we are looking for

• . Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• . At least one year of relevant accounting experience experience handling full-set accounts is preferred.
• . Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• . Experience with accounting software is advantageous system training will be provided.
• . Good command of written and spoken English.
• . Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required for regular work-related communication with Mandarin-
• speaking management and colleagues in China.
• . Careful, dependable and able to meet reporting deadlines.
• . Positive team player who takes initiative and works well in a small team.
