About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Officina Meccanica Sestese (Singapore) Pte Ltd in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our company. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain general ledger accounts

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports

• Reconcile bank accounts and other key financial accounts on a regular basis

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Support the preparation of payroll and employee expense reimbursements

• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role, preferably in the accounting or finance industry

• Strong data entry and bookkeeping skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in using accounting software (FACT accounting software)

• Good understanding of general accounting principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
