Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
  • Prepare invoices, delivery order, payment vouchers, receipts and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash transactions
  • Monitor project-related expenses and track costs by project / site
  • Assist in progress billing, retention tracking and verification of supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams on cost allocation and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining GST records and support GST submission.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements: -

  • Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least 1-3years of relevant accounting experience (construction industry experience is an advantage)
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts)
