Job Description

What you'll be doing

Support patient and payor billing, payment collection and follow-up on outstanding balances
Handle basic enquiries relating to invoices, payments and account matters
Process vendor invoices and staff claims, ensuring accurate and timely recording
Assist with account reconciliation and month-end closing, including preparation of basic journal entries
Support audit preparation by providing relevant documents and records
Assist with tracking and monitoring of funding and related financial matters
Perform other finance and administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts receivable or accounts payable will be considered
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Good attention to detail with strong numerical and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
