Job Description

Job Description:

  1. 1. Maintain Full Set of Account using excel
  2. 2. Bank Reconciliation / Prepares GST reports for submission (F5) / (F7)
  3. 3. Payroll, CPF online submission
  4. 4. Accounts closing, recording and reconciliation
  5. 5. Accounts Payable (preparation journal voucher for cheque and online payment / transfer)
  6. 6. Accounts Receivable including Invoicing, Billing, SOA, Aging and recording of collections / receipts
  7. 7. Call customer for Payment
  8. 8. Record of project cost and claim (payment cert)
  9. 9. Expense Claim /Petty Cash
  10. 10. Cash Flow AIS for Staff / top management
  11. 11. Liaise with Auditors and Tax Agents regarding Tax and accounts matters and submission
  12. 12. EP / SP online(apply / renewal / cancellation)
  13. 13. Manual accounting
  14. 14. Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
  15. 15. Prepare Work Injury Insurance
  16. 16. Prepare Foreign Worker Medical Insurance
  17. 17. File records of confirmed quotations/LOA/PO
  18. 18. Render assistance to accounts audit queries
  19. 19. Render assistance to management whenever requested

Requirements:

  • 1. Minimum 5 years of experience managing full accounts for building construction firms (consultants or contractors)
  • 2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for accounting and financial reporting
  • 3. Familiarity with IRAS submission processes and ability to respond to tax queries
  • 4. Familiarity with EP/SP application to MOM
