Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries and general ledger
Handle employee reimbursement claims
Maintain and update daily cash book perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing
Support Accounts Payable functions, including reviewing and verifying suppliers invoices and payments
Liaise with China-based employees on advertising costs and perform cross-checks
Maintain the fixed assets register
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / WPS and accounting software (e.g. XERO)
Proficient in English additional language skills used in the workplace (e.g. Mandarin) will be required to liaise with regional teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
