As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Executive, you will support the Finance team in the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the company. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Accounting & Finance Duties:
Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking across multiple entities
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing payments and following up onoutstanding invoicess
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate banking records
Payroll:
Process staff E-claims, CPF submissionand applyply relevant government grants
General & Administrative Duties:
Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and document management
Undertake any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevanaccounting experiencece.
Experience with Xero accounting software and InfoTech HRMS is highly advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn, adapt, and takeinitiative inn a dynamic work environment. Good analytical and logical thinking skills
Able to commit to agreed part-time working hours reliably
