Reporting to: Finance Manager / Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years of accounting experience. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in SAP B1, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and timely.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally with SAP B1.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and organized.
- English communication skills.
