Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Accounts Assistant, located in Singapore with some flexibility for work from home. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks such as maintaining petty cash records, assisting with credit control, and supporting finance-related processes. Additional duties may include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires keen attention to detail and effective communication to work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Credit Control and managing Petty Cash processes.
  • Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting principles.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal interaction.
  • Proficiency in using relevant accounting software and tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
