Job Description

Job Scope

  1. Familiar with ABSS software other related software.
  2. Handle petty cash, monthly expenses claim verification & processing.
  3. Preparation of Full Set Accounts.
  4. Assist in all suppliers/ subcontractors invoices and payments.
  5. Generating financial reports and supporting the financial end close process.
  6. Coordinate with account manager for accounting matters.
  7. Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, all document management etc.
  8. Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
  9. Prepare and record sales documents (Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice, Payment Advice, etc)
  10. Manage and familiar with MOM, MWOC, PCP, insurances, Infotech, Workpass, Coretrades, CSOC, CPF, GST etc.
  11. General office filing system.
  12. Co-ordinate internally for document processing
  13. All ad hoc assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum have diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor degree in related field.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience.
  3. Experience in office administration and accounting roles.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Experience with GST reporting is an advantage.
  6. Computer literacy eg, Microsoft word, excel, outlook, PDF, etc.
  7. Willing to learn, have initiative, fast learner and independent.
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
