Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will handle Accounts Payable and Purchasing duties, with strong exposure to overseas imports. Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Match invoices with PO/DOs and verify import freight & shipment charges.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, source suppliers, and support negotiations.
- Liaise with overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate AP and purchasing records support audits and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience with overseas imports is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as Xero or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work independently in a small team environment
- Open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
