Job Description & Requirements
Handles day-to-day accounting operation (Payable & Receivable).
Update cash book, issue cheque, and payment vouchers to creditors.
Prepare monthly sales commission report.
Prepare Letter of Credit and bank guarantee for the import shipment.
Coordinate with shipping agents and haulers to schedule the shipments and manage the shipping documentations.
Attend incoming calls.
Filling and other ad-hoc job assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: N level or higher.
Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience.
Meticulous, Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
Good team player with good communication and initiative.
Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Additional Information
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30.
