Accounts Assistant

Job Description

. Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems

. Prepare billing, process payments & reimbursements

. Monthly Bank & AP reconciliations

. Issue monthly statement of accounts to debtors

. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers

. Maintain proper documentation and filing

. Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters

. Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
