Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, generate invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain organized accounts receivable and payables files and records
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Generate G/L details to support monthly closing
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or its equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
