Job Description: Accounts and Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AR updates and knock-offs.
Cash Handling: Collect, count, and report daily cash collections.
Journal and Payment Entries
Mail Management: Check and manage incoming mail
Banking: Deposit cheques and cash sales as needed.
Cheque Records: Log cheques from drivers.
Document Management: Scan and save documents.
Expense Tracking: Track and report expenses for approval.
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE A level with min 1 year experience in related roles
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
. Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn & work independently
. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
. Familiarity with platforms like Lark, NTUC portal and Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus.
. Good organizational and time-management skills.
. Ability to work independently and support cross-departmental tasks.
