Accounts Assistant (AR/ AP)

• Salary UP $2500

• Training provided

Job scope:

• Process invoices, ensure accurate coding, verify approvals, and manage timely payments to vendors.
• Generate invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain customer billing records.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, prepare regular financial reports, and support month-end closing.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations while identifying opportunities to streamline AP/AR processes.
