As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Review, verify, and process vendor and client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform precise data entry to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts
- Organise and maintain financial documentation in accordance with internal policies
- Contribute to month-end close procedures and assist in the preparation of payroll
- Ensure financial records are maintained to a standard that supports regulatory compliance and internal reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
