Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements. This role supports both operational and strategic objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage full sets of accounts to ensure financial integrity.
• Update and post AR, AP, and GL transactions for timely financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed schedules for Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliation to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit GST and other statutory board reports to ensure compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
