Job Summary
Support accounting operations by preparing reconciliations, assisting audits, managing stock records, processing invoices, and handling administrative tasks to ensure accurate financial and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist in conducting year-end audits by compiling necessary documentation and supporting audit processes
- Support monthly stocktaking activities by verifying inventory records and reporting discrepancies
- Prepare monthly accrual journals and update the general ledger to maintain accurate accounting entries
- Generate invoices and prepare documents for import and export sales to facilitate smooth transactions
- Record and update product lists in the system, tracking items from bulk inventory to finished goods
- Assist in processing online orders as needed to support sales operations
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management to support business functions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Madsoft accounting programe is an advantage
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work well in a team
