Job Description

  • Manage the overseas subsidiaries account.
  • Full spectrum of Accounting functions.
  • Preparation of management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow management and tax matter.
  • Maintaining, reviewing and implementing financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with external auditors, legal and professional consultants, bankers, and statutory boards
  • Continuous review and improvement of internal control.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.
