Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance (80-90%)

  • Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and payment processing.
  • Prepare and review management and financial reports.
  • Prepare regulatory filing eg. GST reporting and tax compliance
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain share registers and share certificates
  • Prepare directors and shareholders resolutions for ongoing matters

Office Administration (10-20%)

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations, supplies and facilities.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Arrange business travel, accommodation and visas when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Will consider ITE qualifications with relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in accounting is required.
  • Team player
