Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring all costs are accurately
  • Check supporting documents to ensure billing accuracy
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry for expenses, payments, and receipts
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and administrative documents
  • Assist with month-end administrative and accounting documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on administrative or billing matters
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in related fields
  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounts support role
  • Understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
