About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistantto support our finance & sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare delivery orders, purchase orders & invoices
- Oversee accounts receivables, payables, payroll & monthly expense processes
- Manage cashflow & reconcile bank transactions
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements
- Submission of monthly CPF contributions & prepare annual IR8A returns
- Submission of quarterly GST filing
- Liaise with auditors for annual audit & income tax returns
- Handle customers service contract renewals
- Handle general office administrative duties to keep the office organised & processes in place
- Liaise with external parties on maintenance of office premises, equipment & office supplies, including office insurance
- Update & maintain HR policies & procedures
- Update & maintain ISO 27001 polies & procedures
- Assist in applying for government schemes & grants as required
- Other ad-hocduties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Accounting or related certifications
- Minimum 1year related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with using Accounting Software
- Good communication (both written & oral) & organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR policy implementation is preferable
