Job Description

Location: Raffles Place, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: SGD 2,500 per month (inclusive of CPF)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administrative Assistant to manage the company's bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will take ownership of maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring invoices and payments are properly tracked, and supporting the Director with administrative and operational tasks when required.

The position is best suited for someone comfortable working in a small office environment where reliability, accuracy, and accountability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Records

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation
  • Record and categorize company expenses and financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly account summaries and maintain up-to-date balances
  • Assist in preparing accounts for GST submissions
  • Maintain organized records of financial documentation and supporting files

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

  • Issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable and maintain clear records of payments received
  • Follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances

Accounts Payable

  • Track vendor and supplier invoices
  • Maintain records of payments made to vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure payments are processed and recorded accurately

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Director with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation
  • Support general office administrative functions when required

Requirements

  • Singaporean or PR only
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fields
  • Prior bookkeeping or accounts administration experience preferred
  • Basic familiarity with GST accounting in Singapore is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and maintain organized workflows without close supervision
