As part of our growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking.
- Provide support in preparing audit schedules and financial reports.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, suppliers, and customers on accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
