Duties & Responsibilities:
Optimize intranet structure - uploading and updating internal announcements, policies, and documents maintaining a structured and user-friendly content layout and document filing (physical and electronic), and maintaining a centralized repository of policies, SOPs, and templates.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Asia Region events
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers
Support KPI-related administration tasks (goal-setting forms, etc)
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Liaise with internal departments and subsidiaries administration department on administrative and financial matters
Support audit processes and local statutory requirements
Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with accounting software is an advantage
