Job Overview
- Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday - Friday)
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Location: Near Eunos MRT (Walking distance)
Key Responsibilities
Your focus will be assisting with administrative scope for the office and assisting with some accounts-related scope:
- Trust Receipts (TR): Handle the end-to-end processing of trust receipts, including application, tracking maturity dates, and ensuring timely settlements with banks.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process supplier invoices, perform three-way matching, and prepare payment cycles via GIRO/Telegraphic Transfer.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor aging reports, perform payment reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Admin Role: Ordering of stationery, mail and others
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, LCCI, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AR, AP.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Navision) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and customers.
