Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full AP & AR functions, including invoice checking, payment processing, and customer invoicing.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with quarterly GST submission.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all financial records.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties where required.
- Manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities and office supplies.
- Support ad-hoc finance or operational matters as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager or Directors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
