We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Executive to join our growing team! As an Accounts Admin Executive at Energio, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, handling invoicing and payments, preparing reports, supporting payroll and GST filings, and ensuring smooth administrative support across the company. You will play a key role in keeping our operations organised, compliant, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
1.Accounts & Finance
. Process all payments, claims, and petty cash entries using Xero software
. Key in supplier bills and issue customer invoices
. Act as maker for company bank accounts (prepare and submit payment instructions)
. Monitor cash flow and track collections from clients
. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Summaries
. Handle GST submissions and quarterly filings with IRAS
. Prepare monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A/IR21 when required
. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date account schedules
. Assist in year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed
2.Administrative Duties:
. Maintain proper filing of finance and vendor records
. Support office admin tasks including insurance renewals, utility tracking, vendor contracts, etc.
. Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding
. Provide basic procurement support or project cost tracking, where required
Qualifications
. Minimum 2 years experience in accounting roles
. Familiar with Xero and Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft 365)
. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulatory filings
. Meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently in a small team
