Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive (Central)
Job Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Havelock
The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative support and office coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, filing, and document control
- Assist with sourcing and preparation of quotations
- Coordinate with property agents, tenants, and subcontractors
- Perform bookkeeping, invoice processing, payment preparation, and account reconciliation
- Assist with salary processing, CPF submissions, and GST reporting
- Maintain organised accounting and administrative records
- Support monthly finance and operational paperwork
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin, bookkeeping, or accounts support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB or similar accounting software
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in MCST or property-related administration will be an advantage
