Acez Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Clerk to support both finance and administrative functions. This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, meticulous, and keen to gain hands-on experience in office operations. Fresh graduates and candidates with secondary education or above are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Data Entry & Record Keeping
Perform daily data entry and updates in the accounting system
Update and maintain spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
Scan, file, and maintain proper documentation
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections
Issue invoices, process receipts, and monitor incoming payments
Follow up on outstanding balances and track AR aging
Accounts Payable (AP) & Expenses
Process supplier invoices and assist in preparing payments
Assist with expense claims processing
Administrative Support
Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
Candidates with secondary education or above are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems will be an advantage
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle data accurately
Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
