We are looking for a meticulous Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and familiar with construction-related accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and project cost tracking
Prepare GST submissions, CPF calculations, and payroll processing
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing
Support procurement, supplier management, and inventory tracking
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and safety records
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in construction or related industries preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
Knowledge of BCA guidelines, MOM regulations, and industry-related compliance is a plus
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
