The company deals with supplying marine and offshore electrical products (e.g., cables, lighting, electrical consumables) for shipbuilding, repair and retrofitting projects.
Responsibilities:
. Support finance, project and operations Team in general admin duties.
. Able to prepare a full set of accounts and a good understanding of double entry.
. Familiar with preparation of customer quotations and sales orders to support finance, project and operations activities.
. Tracking of customers quotations, sales orders and project delivery schedule.
. Maintain proper documentation of finance, project and operations control.
. Other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma.
. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Windows and Power point.
. Preferably familiar in Xero accounting software and MurHo Inventory management system.
. Able to work independently for tasks and support finance, project and operations team in the execution of projects, operations, accounting and administrative duties.
. Prepared for interdepartmental transfer within the Sea Forrest Group of companies for job rotation roles in finance, projects and operations.
. Able to communicate effectively in English.
. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
