Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and consignment orders, invoicing and liaising with customers to arrange delivery

  • Manage stocktake adjustments and inventory records

  • Manage stock reservations (including rental glass) and follow up on backorders when stocks arrive.

  • Maintain and update customer records.

  • Prepare purchase orders, shipping permits, and freight invoices

  • Handle warehouse and bonded warehouse transfer documentation

  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of documents

  • Perform other adhoc administrative and accounting duties

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Familiar with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)

  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
