Job Responsibilities:
Process sales and consignment orders, invoicing and liaising with customers to arrange delivery
Manage stocktake adjustments and inventory records
Manage stock reservations (including rental glass) and follow up on backorders when stocks arrive.
Maintain and update customer records.
Prepare purchase orders, shipping permits, and freight invoices
Handle warehouse and bonded warehouse transfer documentation
Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of documents
Perform other adhoc administrative and accounting duties
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiar with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
Good communication, organization, and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
