. Handle administrative matters including screening of calls, data entry, documenting of incoming letters and emails
. General administration support to project team
. Data entry duties and administrative duties include: Preparing quotation, final bill of quantity for projects
. Managing office supplies and equipment
. Coordinate and maintain daily attendance and annual vacation records on all employees and documenting foreign worker status and particulars
. Drafting of contracts sub-contractors & employees
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
