Accounting & Tax Executive

Job role and responsibilities

1.Full set accounting services for multiple industry companies (clients)
Management accounts, financial reports., XBRL etc., and ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements

2.Annual Tax Services for multiple industry companies (clients)

Preparation and accuracy of tax computations for Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and GST (application and submission). Relevant tax filing, such as GST Registration, GST Form 5 filing, Withholding tax filing, Corporate Tax Form C/CS filing

3. Ensuring effective communication and fostering long-term, positive client relationships. introduce and explain to them the accounting and tax compliance requirements of Singapore companies.

Others:

1. Statistical work and works reporting

2. Other related work arranged by the Manager

Requirements

1. Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.2 years of tax experience.

3. Prior experience in the accounting firm industry is preferred but not essential.

4. Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.

5. High attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
