Job Description

• Accurately enter data into the accounting books including generate invoices and payment schedule
• Update all income and expense entries and finalize with profit & loss statement
• Handle calls from students and schoolteachers in supporting business operation
• Perform administrative duties relate to student care and some outdoor duties occasionally
• Keep hygiene and safety at workplace which is a private residential

Job Requirement

• Two years of bookkeeping experience complete with profit & loss statement
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin with students and in business communication
• Comfortable with a home environment workplace
