Job Summary

Support accounting and GST functions by managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate reporting to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting transactions and apply GST regulations accurately to ensure compliance
• Use Microsoft Excel, Xero, and Office applications to prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Interpret tax regulations and payroll systems to support accurate payroll processing and tax filings
• Prioritize and manage multiple accounting and administrative tasks to meet deadlines consistently
• Organize and maintain financial documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
• Execute additional business-related tasks as assigned to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and GST

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xero, and other Office applications
• Familiarity with tax regulations, payroll systems, and financial reporting tools

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm daily
