Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Record and process transactions:Accurately record, process, and issue invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Financial reporting:Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports, analyzing data to present the company's financial status to management.
  • Budget management:Assist with the development, maintenance, and analysis of budgets, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Auditing:Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
  • Compliance:Ensure all financial activities adhere to legal obligations, tax laws, and internal company policies and standards.
  • Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inquiry handling:Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Cost tracking:Maintain and track the company's costs, such as overhead, labor, and materials.
