Our client is a professional Singapore consulting firm focused on providing taxation and accounting solutions.

Position: Accounting Specialist / Manager (Based on the experience)

Responsibilities

• Handle outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage tax filing services, including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and other relevant tax filings.
• Support audit-related matters by coordinating and communicating with external audit firms and assisting clients throughout the audit process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their accounting and tax-related needs and providing timely professional support.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting, tax, or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and accounting practices.
• Solid understanding of Singapore tax matters, including Corporate Income Tax, GST, and Withholding Tax.
• Experience with XERO or other cloud-based accounting software is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts and handling client-facing responsibilities independently.
• Previous experience in team management or supervision is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Korean is highly preferred, as the role requires frequent communication with Korean clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
