Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced finance professional to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, treasury operations, and tax-related matters, working closely with regional and global finance teams.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare management accounts, journals, cost allocations, and group reporting submissions.
- Support year-end activities, including tax and deferred tax calculations.
- Liaise with regional and global accounting teams on reporting requirements and issues.
- Prepare and file GST returns and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate interim and annual audits under IFRS and local GAAP.
- Prepare tax filings and review work performed by external tax agents.
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and bank accounts.
- Prepare liquidity and treasury reports for group reporting.
- Oversee corporate cards, deposits, and treasury transactions.
- Support treasury policy implementation.
- Support tax compliance processes and group tax reporting.
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and liaise with tax consultants.
- Manage annual tax reviews and internal assessments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
