Job Description:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and management of Fixed Assets
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Track and revise financial models to assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Management Reporting: Compile and deliver financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budgeting process, evaluate discrepancies, and propose revisions to meet organizational goals
- Cash Flow Oversight: Supervise cash flow operations, keep track of receivables and payables, and ensure sufficient liquidity
- Regulatory Compliance & Auditing: Guarantee adherence to financial laws and standards liaise with auditors for both internal and external reviews
- Cost Management & Efficiency: Discover ways to reduce expenses and apply effective methods to enhance financial outcomes
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to deliver financial analysis and support key business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
