ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities and prepare accurate financial reports.

• Support the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.

• Develop business cases, profitability analyses, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and support key organizational initiatives.

• Contribute to ERP migration and implementation projects, including testing and process alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience.

• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with accounting software (Oracle Netsuites & Tally SAP)
